§ 111.086 APPLICATION FEES AND COSTS.
   (A)   The applicant must pay a nonrefundable permit fee in an amount to be established by resolution of the Village Board from time to time. Payments must be made by check or money order payable to the village.
   (B)   In addition to the nonrefundable permit fee required pursuant to subsection (A), the applicant shall reimburse the village for all fees, costs and expenses incurred by the village as a result of the review, issuance and enforcement of the permit or in connection with the permitted event or activity, including costs associated with the use of village property, equipment or personnel as well as engineering and legal fees. Rates for the use of village personnel, equipment and property may be established by resolution of the Village Board from time to time, or shall be determined by the Village Manager based on the actual or estimated costs incurred by the village. Payments must be made by check or money order payable to the village, or by electronic funds transfer.
