§ 111.085 EFFECT AND DURATION OF PERMIT.

The authorization granted pursuant to and in accordance with the permit application shall be limited to the time period therein stated and shall be subject to any terms and conditions stated in the permit or application approval. A permittee shall fully comply with all applicable ordinances as if the same were fully set forth in the permit.
