§ 111.084 SUBMISSION OF PERMIT APPLICATION.
   (A)   Except as provided in subsection (B) , a completed permit application must be submitted to the Village Manager or the Village Manager’s designee at least 30 days prior to the date of the proposed event.
   (B)   An application for a permit to hold a community block party on a residential street must be submitted to the Village Manager or the Village Manager’s designee at least 14 days prior to the date of the proposed event.
