Before any license shall issue, the applicant shall furnish a surety bond to be approved by the Village Manager, in the penal sum of an amount as established in the annual fee ordinance, conditioned upon the proper compliance by the applicant with all ordinances of the village relating to the conduct of the amusement to be licensed and also conditioned upon the payment of all damages to person or property occasioned or caused by the amusement or any equipment or device operated or used in connection therewith, and upon the payment by the applicant and licensee of all fines and penalties which may be imposed for the violation of any ordinance of the village concerning the amusement to be licensed.
