§ 111.006 INSPECTIONS.

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and/or Fire Marshal to see that every exhibition amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected, periodically if necessary, by a member of the Police and/or Fire Department, to ensure conformity with fire regulations and all applicable ordinances and laws.
