§ 111.001 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall conduct or operate any amusement in the village which is open to the public and for admission to which a fee is charged without obtaining a license therefor; provided, however, that neither this section nor any other of this subchapter shall apply to exhibitions conducted by religious, educational, philanthropic or other public or quasi-public organizations where the exhibition is not given for profit. Unless otherwise provided in a specified instance, it shall be unlawful for any person to open for business or conduct or operate on a Sunday any amusement for which a license is required.
