§ 30.04 FAILURE TO QUALIFY FOR OFFICE.
   If any elected officer fails to qualify within 30 days, except as otherwise specified by ordinance or statute, from the time he or she is notified by the Village Clerk of his or her election, the office shall be deemed vacant.
