§ 110.12 INSPECTION OF PREMISES AND THE LIKE; NUISANCES.
   Any duly authorized village official shall have the right and power at any and all reasonable times to inspect the premises or equipment used for which a license is required under this code or any other ordinance of the village, for the purpose of determining whether or not the ordinances regulating the business, premises or equipment are being complied with. No business, whether licensed or not, shall be so conducted or operated as to amount to a nuisance in fact.
