Whenever frontage consents are required for the carrying on of any business or use of premises, the consents must be obtained in writing and be filed with the Village Manager at the time application for the license or permit is made. No renewal of frontage consents shall be necessary for the renewing of any license or permit. Frontage consents once given may not be withdrawn by any person who has given his or her consent after issuance of the license or permit.
