§ 110.02 INVESTIGATIONS.
   Where the provisions of this code or any other ordinance of the village necessitate an inspection or investigation before the issuance of a permit or license, the person to whom the application is made shall make or cause to be made by the officer charged with the duty of making the investigation or inspection, such investigation or inspection, to determine or report whether the permit or license should be issued. No permit or license shall be issued until the applicant has furnished all information requested by the Village Manager or other village official and it is found that all provisions of this code or other village ordinances with respect thereto have been complied with.
