The lifeguards, attendants and police officers of the village are empowered to enforce the provisions of this chapter and to regulate the conduct of persons using Mahoney Park, the beach and waters adjoining the park, the Kenilworth Avenue beach and the waters adjoining the beach, and all other public premises within the village, and persons disobeying the directions and commands of any lifeguard, attendant or police officer, shall be deemed guilty of disorderly conduct and subject to prosecution for the conduct.
