§ 95.07 LIMITATION OF USE OF WATERS ADJACENT TO BEACHES.
   No person shall bring any motorized boat, float, raft or other watercraft into or upon the waters of Lake Michigan within 300 feet of any bathing beach within the village; provided, however, that nothing in this chapter shall prevent going into or upon the waters in watercraft for the purpose of saving human life or property, and provided further, that this prohibition shall not interfere with navigation upon the waters of Lake Michigan.
