§ 95.06 ANIMALS PROHIBITED IN PARKS, ON BEACHES AND WATERS.

No person, being the owner of or in control of any animal, other than an authorized service animal, shall bring, drive, lead or permit the animal to go upon any public premises, park or beach within the village, or in or upon the waters adjoining the same, and the person shall be deemed guilty of trespass.
