§ 91.084 DISPOSITION OF UNREDEEMED IMPOUNDED ANIMALS.
   Any animal not redeemed within seven days after the date when it might be redeemed may thereafter be put to death in a humane manner, or otherwise disposed of under the direction of the Chief of Police.
