§ 91.080 CHIEF OF POLICE EX OFFICIO POUNDMASTER.
   The Chief of Police of the village shall be ex officio poundmaster for the village and he or she shall appoint deputy poundmasters from among the Police Department as may be necessary, or the Board of Trustees may appoint a person as poundmaster or deputy as it deems necessary.
