§ 91.054 KEEPING MORE THAN ONE SMALL DOMESTICATED ANIMAL A NUISANCE.
   No person shall harbor or keep or allow to be harbored or kept upon the premises occupied or used by the person within the village, any animal prohibited by this chapter or more than one small domesticated animal other than household pets of any age and dogs and cats of the age of six months or over at any one time, and for any person to keep or use any premises within the village in or upon which any animal prohibited by this chapter or more than one small domesticated animal as aforesaid shall be harbored or kept at any one time, shall constitute and is hereby declared to be a nuisance. Any person creating or permitting a nuisance to exist, having the right and power to abate the same, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
