§ 91.053 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.

It is unlawful for any person to permit any animal of any kind, other than a cat, to run at large within the village, and any animal running at large within the village shall be impounded by the Chief of Police or other authorized officer or agent of the village.
