The owner of any household pet or small domesticated animal harbored or kept within the village shall cause the animal to be inoculated for rabies and other diseases as and when required by state law. Evidence of the required inoculations shall be presented by the owner of the animal upon request of the Chief of Police or other authorized officer or agent.
