§ 91.036 KEEPING MORE THAN FOUR CATS A NUISANCE.
   No person shall harbor or keep or allow to be harbored or kept upon the premises occupied or used by the person within the village, more than four cats of the age of six months or over at any one time, and for any person to keep or use any premises within the village in or upon which more than four cats as aforesaid shall be harbored or kept at any one time, shall constitute and is hereby declared to be a nuisance. Any person creating or permitting a nuisance to exist, having the right and power to abate the same, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
