§ 91.023 KEEPING MORE THAN THREE DOGS A NUISANCE.
   No person shall keep or allow to be kept upon the premises occupied or used by that person within the village, more than three dogs of the age of six months or over, at any one time, and for any person to keep or use any yard, pen, place or premises within the village, in or upon which more than three dogs shall be harbored or kept at any one time, shall constitute and is hereby declared to be a nuisance. Any person creating or permitting a nuisance to exist, having the right and power to abate the same, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
