§ 91.022 DOG TAGS TO BE ISSUED AND ATTACHED TO COLLAR.
   The Village Collector shall provide each year the number of metal tags as may be necessary, the shape to be changed each year, having stamped thereon the year for which the tax is paid, the words “Kenilworth Dog Tax,” and also the number of the tag, and it shall be the duty of the Village Collector to issue one of the metal tags to the person having paid the tax upon each dog harbored or kept by the person, the number of the tag to correspond with the number of the registry of the dog. Every person harboring or keeping any dog within the village shall keep the current license tag attached to a collar made of metal, leather or other substantial material and securely placed and kept about the neck of the dog.
