§ 91.003 HUNTING; CRUELTY.
   No person shall willfully shoot, poison, keep or ill-treat any animal, the owner of which has complied with the provisions of this chapter. It is unlawful for any person to hunt or to engage in killing (except as permitted or required by this chapter), or to inhumanely beat, underfeed, overload, abandon or cruelly treat any animal within the village.
