§ 72.04 UNLAWFUL PARKING.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying it for sale; or
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
