§ 72.01 DRIVING AND PARKING OF VEHICLES GENERALLY.
   No person shall drive, operate, stop, stand or park a motor vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a police officer, traffic control device or official sign, in or upon any of the following places:
   (A)   Upon or within any park, parkway, school or other public ground areas or sidewalks therein, except upon and within roadways and parking areas provided for driving and parking therein;
   (B)   In front of a public or private driveway so as to block or impede ingress and egress to a public street;
   (C)   Within an intersection or within 20 feet thereof unless a different distance is indicated by signs or markings;
   (D)   Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant unless a different distance is indicated by signs or markings;
   (E)   At or within any place where official signs prohibit parking; or
   (F)   In any parking area owned or maintained by the Kenilworth School District on school days from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., unless there is displayed in the rear window of a motor vehicle a currently valid school district parking permit sticker properly issued by the Kenilworth School District.
   (G)   In any location at which parking is prohibited or restricted by the parking schedules in Chapter 74 of this code.
