§ 70.31 OBEDIENCE TO REGULATIONS AND POLICE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this title.
   (B)   No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer or other person invested by law with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic.
