§ 57.04 TREES AND SHRUBS NOT TO OBSTRUCT VIEW AT INTERSECTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to plant, maintain or permit to exist any tree, shrub, bush, vine, plant or vegetation within a triangle two sides of which are 40 feet in length measured along the street line and in no event shall these sides of the triangle extend more than ten feet beyond the existing building setback line at any intersection or the boundary line of two streets or of a street and an alley, if the shrubbery is over four feet high measured from the grade of the abutting street, and no branch of trees shall be permitted to remain within the area at an intersection at a height lower than seven feet above the grade of the street.
