§ 55.128 BARRICADES AND LIGHTS REQUIRED.
   Any person laying or repairing any pavement on a street, alley, sidewalk or other public place, or making or maintaining any excavation or opening therein, shall maintain suitable barricades and lights to prevent injury to any person or property by reason of the work. The barricades shall be protected by a light at night, and it is unlawful for any person to disturb or interfere with any barricade or lights lawfully placed to protect or warn of any new pavement, repair thereto, excavation or opening in any public street, alley, sidewalk or public place.
