§ 55.095 NUMBERING PLAN.
   All lots, buildings and structures in the village shall be numbered in accordance with the following plan.
   (A)   The base lines for numbers on streets, avenues and roads running north and south, or northwesterly and southeasterly, shall be as follows:
      (1)   For numbers between 100 and 199, a line parallel with and 1,000 feet southeasterly from the northwesterly line and the northwesterly line extended of Oxford Road;
      (2)   For numbers between 200 and 299, the northwesterly line and the northwesterly line extended of Oxford Road;
      (3)   For numbers between 300 and 399, the northwesterly line and the northwesterly line extended of Woodstock Avenue;
      (4)   For numbers between 400 and 499, the northwesterly line and the northwesterly line extended of Kenilworth Avenue;
      (5)   For numbers between 500 and 599, the northwesterly line and the northwesterly line extended of Melrose Avenue; and
      (6)   For numbers between 600 and 699, the northwesterly line of Cumberland Avenue.
   (B)   The base lines for numbers on streets, avenues and roads running east and west, or northeasterly and southwesterly, shall be as follows:
      (1)   For numbers between 0 and 99, a line parallel with and 800 feet northeasterly of a line drawn from the point of intersection of the centerline extended of Winnetka Avenue with the northeasterly line of Sheridan Road, southeasterly parallel with the northeasterly line and the northeasterly line extended of Raleigh Road, but no numbers included in this series shall be assigned to points westerly of the southwesterly line of Sheridan Road;
      (2)   For numbers between 100 and 199, a line drawn from the point of intersection of the southeasterly line of Oxford Road with the southwesterly line of Sheridan Road, northwesterly parallel with the northeasterly line and the northeasterly line extended of Raleigh Road, but no numbers included in this series shall be assigned to points easterly of the northeasterly line of Sheridan Road;
      (3)   For numbers between 200 and 299, the southwesterly lines and the southwesterly lines extended of Leicester and Roslyn Roads;
      (4)   For numbers between 300 and 399, the southwesterly line and the southwesterly line extended of Essex Road; and
      (5)   For numbers between 400 and 499, the southwesterly line of Cumnor Road.
   (C)   The base lines for numbers on streets, avenues, courts and roads in that part of the village lying westerly of the northeasterly line of the right-of- way of the Chicago and North Western Railway, except in Block 36 in Kenilworth subdivision thereof, shall be as follows:
      (1)   For numbers between 300 and 400 the north line of Greenwood Avenue (formerly Southdean Road) extended;
      (2)   For numbers between 400 and 500 the north line of Kenilworth Avenue;
      (3)   For numbers between 500 and 600 the north line of Melrose Avenue (formerly Linden Avenue) extended;
      (4)   For numbers between 600 and 700 the north line of Roger Avenue extended; and
      (5)   For numbers between 700 and 800 the north line of Maclean Avenue extended, which shall control house numbers on Sterling Road.
   (D)   The base lines for numbers on streets, avenues, courts and roads running east and west or easterly and westerly in that part of the village lying westerly of the northeasterly line of the right-of-way of the Chicago and North Western Railway, shall be as follows:
      (1)   For numbers between 500 and 600, the east line of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 42 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian (which is also the centerline of Glendenning Road);
      (2)   For numbers between 600 and 700, the west line of Sterling Road (formerly Maple Avenue) extended; and
      (3)   For numbers between 700 and 800, the west line of Brier Street extended, which shall control house numbers on Kenilworth Avenue (formerly Joseph Sears Road) and Earlston Road.
   (E)   (1)   On streets, avenues, courts and roads running due east and west and those running due north and south (except those parts of Exmoor Road, Green Bay Road, Brier Street and Ridge Road lying north of the 600 base line), in that part of the village lying westerly of the Chicago and North Western Railway, there shall be assigned one number for each 25 feet of frontage on each side of the streets, avenues and roads;
      (2)   On streets, avenues, courts and roads in the area running diagonally, there shall be assigned one number for each distance along the property line which is the projection of corresponding 25 feet frontage lines on due north and south and due east and west streets, avenues, courts and roads, respectively; and
       (3)   On Exmoor Road, Green Bay Road, Brier Street and Ridge Road, north of the 600 base line, there shall be assigned one number for each 26 feet on a due north and south line or for the frontage represented by projections of the lines, as is more fully described, represented and set forth on a map designated House Number Map of Kenilworth, as amended April 13, 1925, on file in the office of the Village Clerk, which map is hereby referred to and adopted and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth in full herein.
   (F)   The 400 base line established in subsection (A) above and set forth on the map referred to in subsection (E) above, is hereby made to terminate on the westerly end at its point of intersection with the northeasterly line of the right-of-way of the Chicago and North Western Railway and the house numbers heretofore established for Lots 1 and 2 in Block 36 of Kenilworth Subdivision are hereby changed from 400, 402, 404, 406 and 408 to 356, 358, 360, 362 and 364 Green Bay Road, respectively.
   (G)   (1)   On streets, avenues and roads running northwesterly and southeasterly, or northeasterly and southwesterly, there shall be assigned one number for each 25 feet on each side of each of the streets, avenues and roads.
      (2)   On streets, avenues and roads running north and south, or east and west, there shall be assigned one number for each 40 feet on each side of each of the streets, avenues and roads, so that the numbers on the streets, avenues and roads shall conform to and be equalized with, as nearly as may be the numbers on the streets, avenues and roads running northwesterly and southeasterly, and northeasterly and southwesterly, as is more fully described, represented and set forth in a street numbering map on file in the office of the Village Clerk, which is hereby referred to and adopted and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth in full herein.
