§ 55.067 DUTY TO KEEP DRIVEWAY FREE OF SNOW AND THE LIKE.
   It is the duty of any person maintaining any driveway which is the subject of this subchapter, to keep the same free from snow and ice and any obstruction and to keep it in good repair where it crosses a public sidewalk.
