§ 10.16 VILLAGE SEAL.
   The corporate seal of the village shall be circular in form, and be so constructed as to impress upon paper the word “Seal” in a circle formed by the words “Village of Kenilworth, Incorporated February 4, 1896.” The seal shall be and remain in the custody of the Village Clerk and his or her successor in office, to be used by him or her in all cases provided for by ordinances of the village or laws of the state and in all other cases where by the laws and customs of any state or nation the use of the corporate seal of the village becomes necessary.
