§ 52.048 INTERCEPTING BASINS.
   Intercepting basins for sinks, floor drains, downspouts, steam or heating boilers or basins, constructed for any purpose, shall not be placed nearer than two feet to the wall of any building or area unless properly tested and when the basin is placed where the cover of same will be in the line of any sidewalk, the cover shall be made of extra heavy cast iron, or when the basin shall be within the lines of any road or driveway, the cover shall be a cast iron manhole cover and frame.
