§ 52.045 BUILDING SEWER PIPE REQUIREMENTS.
   The building sewer when laid in made or filled-in ground shall be of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or other material equally as good and approved by the Building Commissioner, laid on bed of approved grillage or concrete, or of cast iron pipe, ASTM approved standards.
