It shall be the duty of every person or corporation installing or causing to be installed any drain, soil or waste pipe, with any sewer from any building, structure or premises, to install the drain, soil or waste pipe or connection of a size and dimensions as will convey and allow freely to pass, whatever may properly enter the same, and in no case shall any drain be less than six inches in diameter.
