§ 52.043 PROPER OPENINGS.
   An arched or other proper opening shall be provided in the wall for the building drain to prevent damage by settlement. The opening around the building drain shall be filled with pure refined asphaltum, or made watertight by some other method satisfactory to the Plumbing Inspector.
