§ 52.004 TOILET FACILITIES.
   Except as provided in this section, the owner of all houses, buildings or properties used for human occupancy, employment, recreation or other purposes situated within the village and abutting on any street, alley or right-of-way in which there is now located or may in the future be located any public sanitary sewer of the village, is hereby required at his or her expense to install suitable toilet facilities therein, and to connect the facilities directly with the public sanitary sewer in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, within 90 days after date of official notice to do so, provided that the public sanitary sewer is within 200 feet (61 meters) of the property line. In the event a public sanitary sewer is greater than 200 feet (61 meters) away from a property and a combined sewer is located within 200 feet (61 meters) from the property, the owner is required at his or her expense to connect the facilities directly with the combined sewer.
