No claim shall be allowed against the village on account of variation in water pressure, the ram of water from the mains (water hammer), stoppage for repairs, interruptions of water supply caused by the breaking or collapse of pipes or machinery, on account of fires, or by stoppage for repairs or other emergency or cause whatsoever.
