(A) No water shall be turned on for service or be supplied to any premises in the village where water is not now being supplied by the village until an application shall have been made in writing to the Village Manager, stating the full name and address of the applicant, the premises to be supplied, the purpose for which a water supply is desired and the charges and deposits hereinafter specified shall have been made and paid.
(B) In case the applicant is not the owner of the premises for which water service is applied, no water shall be supplied to the premises until the amount hereinafter specified has been deposited. A tenant or non-owner whose service is temporarily disconnected for nonpayment of water bills shall, upon renewing service, be considered a new customer and shall be required to sign the application and to make the required deposit.
(C) The application shall contain an agreement by the applicant to accept and abide by all provisions of this chapter and all other applicable ordinances of the village concerning the furnishing and use of water by the village.
