Every consumer of water and every owner, occupant or person in possession, charge or control of any premises supplied with water by the village shall be governed by and be subject to the provisions of this chapter and those rules and regulations as may from time to time be adopted by the Village Board concerning the use of water. It is hereby made the duty of the Director of Public Works to enforce the provisions of this chapter and of those rules and regulations as may be adopted.
