8-4-11: REVIEW:
The fees contained in sections 8-4-6 and 8-4-10 of this chapter should be reviewed by the city council at least once each fiscal year. After careful review, amended fees may be adopted by a duly adopted resolution. (Ord. 660, 3-12-1996; amd. 2009 Code)
