A. Payment Prior To Obtaining Building Permit: The fee payer shall pay the fees required by this chapter to the city clerk or his or her designee prior to obtaining a building permit and at least five (5) days prior to connection to the city water and/or sewer system.
B. Funds Transferred For Deposit: All funds collected shall be properly identified by and promptly transferred for deposit to the water/sewer dedicated fund. (Ord. 660, 3-12-1996)
