(A) The following areas, as identified in this schedule, are designated as no parking zones.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park in designated driveways.
(C) It shall be unlawful to park in areas not designated for parking, as defined in this schedule.
(D) (1) It shall be unlawful to improperly park in designated parking areas.
(2) A vehicle is improperly parked if it is parked along a yellow curb, fire lane, hatched area, loading zones, restricted zone or not completely in a parking stall.
(E) It shall be unlawful for vehicles without a handicap placard or license plates as set forth in G.S. § 20-37.5(2) to park in spaces not designated for handicap parking, as defined in Schd. II of this chapter.
