(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this traffic code to the operation or parking of vehicles, or failing or neglecting or refusing to comply with same, shall upon admission or adjudication, be responsible for an infraction, and shall be required to pay a penalty of not more than $50, as provided by G.S. § 14-4(b).
(B) In addition to the penalty for the violation of this traffic code, any vehicle improperly parked in violation of this code may be towed (G.S. §§ 20-37.6(f) and 20-161(d)). Removal and disposition shall be conducted in the manner prescribed by G.S. § 160A-303.
