All connections to the wastewater system shall be made by authorized employees of the town in accordance with specifications for those connections that may be adopted by the town from time to time. If authorized by the Board of Commissioners, connections may be made by plumbers licensed to perform plumbing work in the state and, if required by the town, licensed to perform plumbing work by the town. Any wastewater connections made by an authorized licensed plumber shall be inspected by the Wastewater Inspector after the work has been done, completed and prior to the time the connection is in operation.
