§ 111.01  SUNDAY BEER AND WINE SALES.
   (A)   The sale of malt beverages (beer) and wine shall be prohibited in the town between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Sales may resume after 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
   (B)   Every business or firm licensed to sell malt beverages (beer) and wine in the town shall be served by the Police Department of the town with written notice of this section.
   (C)   This section became effective at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, 9-19-2004.
