A. It shall be the authority of the planning and building official and/or the Public Works Supervisor or his/her designees to enforce the provisions of this title.
B. No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any building or structure located on a lot or plat subdivided or sold in violation of the provisions of these regulations, nor shall the City have any obligation to issue certificates of occupancy or to extend utility services to any parcel created or established in violation of these provisions.
C. Violations of the provisions of this title may be deemed an infraction, or a misdemeanor crime, punishable as provided in this Code, with each day such violation continues constituting a separate offense. The City shall have recourse to such civil remedies in law and equity as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of these regulations. (Ord. 596, 6-13-2018)
