ADOPTING ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 203
AN ORDINANCE FOR REVISING, CODIFYING AND COMPILING THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF KELLOGG
   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KELLOGG, SHOSHONE COUNTY, IDAHO:
   Section 1. That all ordinances of a general nature now in force in the City of Kellogg, Shoshone County, Idaho, as revised, codified and compiled and hereinafter set forth, be, and they are hereby adopted, passed, published and declared to be the compiled ordinances of the City of Kellogg, pursuant to Chapter 5, Title 50 of the Idaho Code, as amended, empowering any city of the first or second class, or any village, to revise, codify and compile its ordinances.
   Section 2. That this ordinance and all said ordinances of a general nature compiled and codified as above stated, shall be in full force and effect upon the passage, approval, and publication of this ordinance in one issue of the Kellogg News Wardner, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Kellogg, and the official newspaper thereof.
   Passed under suspension of rules upon which a roll call vote was duly taken and duly enacted an ordinance of the City of Kellogg at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council, held on November 16th, 1961 at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
   Approved by the Mayor this 16th day of November, 1961.
