10-4-4: EVASION UNLAWFUL:
It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of a vehicle to allow or cause the vehicle to be moved within the area designated in section 10-4-2 of this chapter for the purpose of evading the time limit prescribed herein. (Ord. 396, 1-12-1994)
