8-1-14: UNLAWFUL TO HAUL GARBAGE THROUGH STREETS:
Garbage and refuse shall be hauled by the garbage and refuse collection and disposal system herein established. It shall be unlawful for any other person to haul garbage or refuse through or over the public streets of the city or to bury or cremate such garbage or refuse. (Ord. 334, 4-11-1984)
