8-1-10: UNLAWFUL TO BURN GARBAGE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to burn garbage or refuse; except that waste paper, boxes, brush, grass, weeds and cuttings from trees, lawns and gardens may be burned except during fire seasons when a special permit must first be obtained from the fire official. (1961 Code)
