8-1-8: CONTRACT OR FRANCHISE FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION:
Collection of garbage and refuse for a fee or for hire may be made by the sanitation department or a contract may be let for an exclusive franchise for the collection and disposal of garbage and refuse. (Ord. 272, 12-5-1973, eff. 1-1-1974)
